Sim-rig innovation · Engineered by Smadja Studios

Built, not bought.

SimDriven is Adam Smadja's sim-rig workshop, home of world firsts and first-of-their-kind builds: digital dashboards, gauge clusters, center consoles, exhausts, diffusers and haptics. Each one is designed, built and driven on his own rig first, then made to order, exclusively, for yours.

02 Drawing board

Every build starts with an idea and a drawing.

Long before anything is made, each build is sketched, drawn and refined: the brackets, the mounts, the frame, the way the whole tail of the rig comes together.

The builds

World firsts.

Innovation, built where nothing existed to buy. Each one is made to order, one rig at a time, and nowhere else.

    The world's first sim-rig exhaust

    Backfire Exhaust Tip

Octagonal tips that crack, pop and glow down with the revs.

  2. Burble trace
    02

    World-first anti-lag haptics

    BURBLES

Anti-lag you hear and feel from under the rig.

  3. 03 World-first backfire interactivity

    Anti-lag on your right foot

Lift off at high revs and the tips answer, every time.
  4. 04 The world's first sim-rig diffuser

    GT rear diffuser

Four tips and a reactive brake light, set into the tail of the rig.
  5. 05 A first-of-its-kind blueprint dashboard

    RACECORE

Draws the car you're driving and lights every system in it.
  6. 06 A gauge cluster, first of its kind

    Gauge cluster

Thirteen instrument screens that wake up with the rig and answer to the car.
  7. 07 A sim-rig engine, first of its kind

    Front engine unit

An engine you feel idle and rev through the frame.

03 Dashboards & gauge clusters

A first-of-its-kind blueprint dashboard

One screen, the whole car.

RACECORE is a full digital dashboard and the control center of the rig. It draws the car you're driving as a technical blueprint and lights every system around it as the stage goes on: engine water and oil, gearbox, differential, tyres, brakes, ride height. Change the car and the layout changes with it.

Switch it on above: press the power button on the screen, then change cars and flip the lights.

A gauge cluster, first of its kind

The gauge cluster, up close.

Thirteen instruments, each drawn by its own firmware or light matrix: pressure bars that prime and settle, a friction circle that learns your grip, temperatures that warm and soak like a real engine.

  • 01 Oil pressure

  • 02 Fuel pressure

  • 03 Chrono Matrix

  • Weather Matrix gauge

    04 Weather Matrix

  • 05 G-force

  • 06 Tachometer

  • 07 Speedometer

  • 08 Gear & shift light

  • 09 Brake light

  • 10 Boost & volts

  • 11 Thermal monitor

  • 12 Stage progress

  • 13 Gear display

Center console. Control center. Gauge pod.

On the rig the gauge cluster lives in three dash modules designed around it, every screen flush with the face: the control center up top carries the pressures, clock, weather and G-force; the center console below carries the boost, the stage bar, the temperatures and the gear display, framed by the driver's nameplate and two WRC badges; the gauge pod holds the tachometer and speedometer side by side.

A first-of-its-kind phone dashboard

Two phones, two digital dashboards.

Two phones on the rig work as digital dashboards, each in a rally-style frame that hides the phone and makes it read as an instrument. The wide one sits above the wheel with a brow and side visors and runs a race dash around a chrome-ringed tachometer. The tall one rides beside the wheel in the Rally Slash case and runs a rally dash: rev lights, gear, delta, lap times, car switches, all four tyres and the driver aids.

04 Lighting FX

The world's first sim-rig exhaust

Lift off. The exhaust answers.

Lift off at high revs and the tips answer: a white-hot crack, an ember that fades to red, sometimes a second pop right behind it. Each tip fires on its own, so the pops roll across the tail of the rig, and the brake light between them glows with every stop.

05 The innovation lab

Measured, drawn, redrawn.

Every build is measured on the rig, drawn and redrawn from its CAD, and made again until it fits. Nothing leaves the bench on the first try, and the pile of rejects proves it.

06 The cockpit

One rig, every part tested on it.
